Your website is built, clickable, and 70% complete.
Everything in the demo works: customers browse, build a cart, reserve a pickup slot and pay, contractors save reorder lists and send bulk quotes, and staff run the orders queue, quote inbox and counter handover. The remaining 30% is wiring these screens to the live services: M-Pesa, phone codes, your POS stock feed and launch.
70% complete · 30% to launch
What already works
- Home page: hero, search, categories, hours, map, WhatsApp quote button
- Catalogue: sample products, stock tags, filters, refresh with stale-while-revalidate
- Reserve and pay: cart, pickup slots, M-Pesa request shape with idempotency keys
- Contractor tools: login with one-time code, saved lists, reorder all, bulk quote form
- Staff: orders queue, quote inbox, counter handover, contractor accounts
- Phone-first on every screen, safe areas respected for notch phones
- Keyboard command menu, undo toasts, skeletons, view transitions, live staff queue demo
The remaining 30%
- Live M-Pesa STK push and payment callbacks (your build step 2)
- Real phone one-time-code login and staff roles (build step 2)
- Live staff updates through the Durable Object channel (build step 3)
- POS stock and price import with manager approval (build step 4)
- Real product photos, shop map, WhatsApp Business and email wiring
- Launch: domain, monitoring, backups, handover of this site to you

Why this is worth completing
Your customers already order by phone and lose time queueing at the counter. This site moves the whole conversation: browse, get stock confirmed, pay on M-Pesa from home, and collect from a shelf that was packed while they travelled. Contractors keep their lists and agreed rates, and staff run one screen instead of a notebook.
The screens follow the architecture you already drew: static pages, Workers API, D1, KV, R2, Durable Objects for stock holds, queues for payment callbacks. Nothing on this site needs to be thrown away to finish it.
